The staff at this hotel really went above and beyond during our stay. From the warm welcome upon arrival to the exceptional service during our stay, we felt truly taken care of. The breakfast was decent, but what really stood out was the excellent veg and non-veg food on the menu. The location was also perfect for our needs, with easy access to key attractions in the area. the facilities were top-notch and we enjoyed taking advantage of them during our stay.
The access road to the hotel, which was a bit bumpy and not very well maintained. However, this is a small issue that is not within the hotel's control and did not detract from our overall positive experience.

The hotel has excellent food and service from the Chef to the Senior Management, with a courteous and helpful staff. Facilities are superb, and the rooms are well-equipped with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. the hotel staff is humanity in practice and superb hosts. They accommodate difficult situations with empathy and care.
The road leading to the hotel needs infrastructure improvement that is not under the hotel's control.

Spent Christmas at a fantastic hotel! the staff were incredibly helpful and courteous, always with a smile on their faces. the food was excellent, with a variety of delicious options available for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. the hotel was situated in a great location, close to all the main attractions and amenities. Best of all, the facilities were superb! I particularly enjoyed the luxurious spa treatments and the state-of-the-art gym equipment.
Although the hotel itself was wonderful, the approach to the hotel could have been better. However, this was not the fault of the hotel, but rather the local and civic authorities.
